PIG ROAST!

I can't believe I forgot to post about the Pig pick'in that we hosted in our backyard back on August 25. I think this was our 5th Annul. Like most years we have people everywhere. We had around 250 people. We started around 6AM cooking the pig so we could eat around 6PM.
