January fun!

 

Addie found out where I keep the sprinkles. And has tried many times to eat them. So we decided to make donuts so she could use the sprinkles.

  

With all this snow Cal has had many days off, to play with Addie outside. He built a snow cave out of the tall piles of snow out front.

  

This is Cal's way of putting Addie to sleep. 

 

Addie wanted be like her baby dolls and sit in their highchair this is as well as she fit.

 

Addie just loves her baby dolls. One morning she decided they all needed to watch  Doc McStuffins with her.

Favorite things

Addie likes to eat random things; somethings shouldn't be eaten.  Here are somethings: chap-stick,  pop,  noodles cooked or raw,  Mr bubbles foaming soap,  gum,  ketchup packets, flour, crayons, and pickles. We do try our best to keep these items away from her that aren't so good to eat. But she a fast little thing and knows what she wants. 

Happy New Year

For New Year Eve Addie and I did our celebration at Noon because I wasn't sure if she was going to make it until midnight. We had a balloon drop, noise makers and silly string.  We spent  that evening at Uncle EJ's house and had fireworks (POP POPS) at midnight. Yes Addie was awake but she didn't like the Pop Pops because they were right over us. 

Christmas Day

Addie got up around 8. When we came down stairs she was so excited to see Mickey Mouse and a doll high chair. She was so good not just ripping into all the presents. She did empty her stocking right off. We did have to stop in the middle because she was done opening. Cal's parents came that morning and watched us open gifts and see what Santa brought us for Christmas. Then it is off to the other grandpa and grandma's for lunch and opening gifts. Then the rest of the day was spent with Cal's family.

Skiing

Cal enjoys skiing and wanted to share this passion with Addie. They both got season passes to the ski resort. For Christmas Eve Cal went skiing that morning and Addie and I came up to the resort later,  That way Cal could get in some good runs in with Uncle EJ and the girls. Christmas Eve was the first time that Addie went skiing this year. I was nervous because it was snowing and I didn't want her to hate it. But Addie saw eveyone skiing and wanted to do it. So Cal took her up the lift and she road on top of his skies. She went 2 times. 

We spent the rest of our evening with EJ and his family in Huntsville. Enjoying dinner, movies, and other fun activties to celeabrate Christmas.
