Puppies!

Uncle Jared’s English Golden Retriever just had puppies, 10 to be exact. Addie has been dying to go see them. Now that the puppies are older we went over and saw them. Addie just loved them.

Bike!

Addie was given a bike from a friend all we needed to do was to add training wheels. Since we have done that we can't get her off. At first she was faster when she pushed it, but it only took her a day and i couldn't keep up on foot. First thing in the morning she will ask to go outside and ride her bike. So yes, at 7:30 AM most days the last few weeks we are outside watching her ride her bike as the kids go to school. She has gotten pretty fast. Our only struggle is to get her to wear shoes and a helmet.

Easter in St. George

Cal's parents have a condo time share in St George and it happened to be the weekend of Easter and Cal's Birthday. So we packed up the Honda with everything, even our bikes. I bet it was quite the site to see a Honda civic with 2 bikes on top. Addie did very well. It took us an hour longer because we had a head wind of 40 miles per hour which made it very hard to go over 60 miles per hour. But we did get there and the weather was very nice. We spent 5 days in sunny St. George with Cal's parents. We went to many different parks, rode bikes, went swimming, climbed on the red rocks, had Easter egg hunts and celebrated Cal's and my Birthday (which are 2 weeks apart).

With limited space we tried this bike seat for Addie. She loved it, the only down fall was she wanted to steer the bike.

Addie helped grandma frost the cake and put the candles in. She made me 13.

Easter egg hunt in Ivins Utah. Addie had a hard time waiting but when she was able to pick up the eggs she was in no hurry. She sat right down.

After all the kids were done pushing and shoving trying to get eggs, they had eggs hunt for the adults to show the kids how it is done and said 1 parent could help. So Mom helped me.

Cal's Birthday! Addie also helped with his cake but it is very hard to put the same numbers in the wrong order.

For our Birthdays Mom and Dad paid for us to go golfing while they watch Addie.

Addie wants to do everything her Daddy does.

Before we had to say good bye to this nice warm weather we hiked on the Dixie rock and looked over the city.
